ARC and Sam: your AI
A morning brief that tells you who needs you, and an assistant that filters, edits, and writes when you ask.
About 8 minutes · Running the shop
Two names, one idea: the system should notice things and do work, not just store data. ARC is the layer that watches your whole book and tells you who needs you today. Sam is the assistant you talk to: it filters tables, edits records in bulk, writes emails, builds forms and dashboard widgets, and answers in plain English. Neither ever acts without showing you first.
1ARC: who needs you today
- Read the brief. ARC ranks the relationships that need attention: a deal cooling off, a client gone quiet, a reply you owe. It reads real activity (email, texts, calls, meetings), not vibes.
- Act from the row. Each item offers the next move, often with a drafted note ready to send. Edit it, send it, done.

2Sam: ask instead of clicking
- In every table
- Type a question in the search box ("investors in Texas added this month") and it becomes visible filter chips you can adjust by hand. You always see exactly what Sam understood.
- Bulk edits
- Tell it the change ("tag everyone from this import as Conference 2026"). You get a preview of exactly what will change, and a 24-hour undo after.
- Writing
- Sam drafts campaign emails in Megaphone, offering memos in TenthYards, meeting briefs in Meridian, and check-in notes in ARC, all in your captured brand voice.
- Building
- Describe a form and get a mapped draft. Describe a dashboard widget and it appears. Sam fills validated forms behind the scenes; it can never run raw queries on your data.
3How the AI is billed
- Check your wallet. Settings, then AI shows your balance. AI work is metered in plain dollars, and your plan includes a monthly allowance. Trials start with complimentary credits.
- Top up or bring your own key. Add credits any time, or plug in your own AI provider key and pay them directly. Either way the features are identical.
Call transcripts and summaries in Ping are part of the per-minute call price, not AI credits. You never pay twice for the same minute.
4Brand capture, the quiet superpower
- Point it at your website. Settings, then Brand. The AI reads your site and captures your logo, colors, and tone of voice.
- Everything inherits it. Emails, forms, booking pages, invoices, offering pages, and every future Sam draft sound and look like you, automatically.
