Getting started

Create your workspace, verify your email, and take the five steps that make everything else easier.

About 8 minutes · Start here

TenthAvenue is one place for the work you probably spread across seven tools today: your contacts, your deals, your email, texting and calls, scheduling, documents to sign, invoices, projects, and raises. This guide gets you from a fresh account to a working workspace. It takes about ten minutes, and nothing here needs a credit card.

1Create your account

  1. Go to tenthavenue.io and press Start free. You'll land on the pricing page. Every plan includes every module, so pick by team size. The 30-day trial is the full platform either way.
  2. Sign up with your work email, or with Google or Microsoft. If you use your email, we send a confirmation link. Click it and you're in. Google and Microsoft skip that step because they already proved your email.
  3. Agree to the terms. The box is required. The links open in a new tab so you don't lose your place.
Use your company email address, not a personal one. It lets teammates with the same domain find and join your workspace later, and it makes the email setup in step 4 smoother.

2The setup wizard, step by step

After you confirm your email, a short wizard opens. Here's what each screen wants and why.

A few essentials
Your name, an optional photo, and email verification. The photo shows up next to your notes and tasks, and on your booking page if you use scheduling. You can add two-factor security here too. It's optional for team members but a good habit.
Your company
The company name becomes your workspace name. The address and logo go on your invoices, emails, and public pages.
Connect your sending domain
This is the one technical-looking step, and it's worth it. It lets your emails send from you@yourcompany.com instead of a generic address, which is the single biggest thing you can do for deliverability. The wizard shows a few lines to copy into your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and the rest all work the same way). If you don't manage your own domain, press Do it later and send this guide to whoever does. It waits for you in Settings, then Email.
Brand your workspace with AI
Type your website address and the AI reads it, pulls your logo, colors, and tone of voice, and applies them everywhere: emails, forms, booking pages, offering pages. You can fine-tune the result any time in Settings, then Brand.
Invite your team
Type teammate emails and they each get an invitation. Skip it if it's just you for now. Invites live in Settings, then Members.

The wizard's domain step. Copy each line into your domain provider, then press verify.
Domains can take up to a day to verify. It's fine to keep going. We email you the moment yours goes live.

3Find your way around

4Your first five moves

Do these in your first week and everything else gets easier.

  • Import your contacts (Tables guide, section 4)
  • Connect your mailbox so email files itself (Mailbox guide)
  • Finish your sending domain if you skipped it
  • Publish one booking link (Meridian guide)
  • Turn on one ready-made automation, like reply alerts
Your trial includes complimentary AI credits. Try the email composer or the brand capture early. They're the fastest way to feel what the platform can do.

5If you were invited by someone else

  1. Open the invitation email and press the button. You'll create a password or continue with Google or Microsoft.
  2. Fill in your short profile. Name, position, phone, and an optional photo. Your email is already proven by the invite itself.
  3. Land in the workspace. You'll see whatever your role allows. Owners and admins can change roles in Settings, then Members.
