Team, brand, and billing
Invite your team, put your logo and colors on everything, connect your email domain, and manage your plan.
About 10 minutes · Start here
Settings is where your workspace becomes yours: who's on the team, what everything looks like, which email address your messages come from, and what plan you're on. Open it from the left menu under Settings. This guide walks each page in the order most teams need them.
1Invite your team (Members)
- Open Settings, then Members.
- Press Invite member and type their email. Pick a role while you're at it. You can change it later.
- They get an email invitation. When they accept, a short profile wizard collects their name, position, and photo, and then they land in the workspace.
- Owner
- Everything, including billing, deleting things, and other people's roles. Every workspace needs at least one.
- Admin
- Everything except the most destructive switches. Good for operations leads.
- Member
- The daily driver role. Works records, sends messages, runs their own book.
- Viewer
- Can look, can't touch. Good for accountants and observers.
2Put your brand on everything (Brand)
- Open Settings, then Brand.
- Point the capture tool at your website. The AI reads your site and fills in your logo, colors, and voice. Or set each one by hand.
- Check the preview. Emails, forms, booking pages, invoices, and offering pages all inherit this kit. Change it once, it changes everywhere.
3Send email as yourself (Email)
Until your domain is verified, your mail sends from a shared address. Verifying moves it to you@yourcompany.com and tells inbox providers the mail is really yours, which is what keeps you out of spam folders.
- Open Settings, then Email.
- Type your domain and press Set it up. We create the records and show you each one with a copy button.
- Paste the records at your domain provider. GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, Squarespace: they all have a DNS page where you add records. Each record has a type, a name, and a value. Copy ours exactly.
- Press I've added them, verify. Not verified yet is normal. Providers can take minutes to a day. We email you when it goes live, and the records stay saved here.
4Make the system speak your language (Custom fields)
Custom fields are extra boxes on your contacts, companies, and deals: things like Lead source, Accredited, or Renewal date. Eleven types are available, including dropdowns and multi-selects.
- Open Settings, then Custom fields.
- Press New field, pick where it lives and what type it is. A description helps teammates fill it in the same way.
- Use it everywhere. Custom fields show on the record card, as table columns, in filters, on forms, and in automations. They're first-class citizens.
5Shape your sales stages (Pipelines)
- Open Settings, then Pipelines.
- Rename the stages to match how you actually sell. Drag to reorder. Mark which stages count as won or lost, and set a win probability per stage if you want weighted forecasts.
- Add more pipelines if you run different motions. Sales and Acquisitions can each have their own stages.
6Plans and billing (Billing)
- Your trial
- 30 days, the whole platform, no card. The countdown shows here.
- Choosing a plan
- Every plan has every module. Plans differ in seats, email volume, text and calling allowances, and AI credits. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle.
- AI credits
- AI work is metered in plain dollars. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, you can top up, or you can plug in your own AI key in Settings, then AI, and pay your provider directly.
- Texting and calling
- Paid plans include monthly text segments and calling credit. Past those, it's transparent pay-as-you-go. Numbers are managed inside Ping.
- Cancelling
- From this page, any time. No phone call, no retention maze. Your data exports freely before, during, and after.
7Connect other tools, and move in from them (Integrations)
Settings, then Integrations is where outside accounts plug in: your mailbox, and one-time migrations from the platforms you're leaving.
- Email (Outlook or Gmail)
- Two-way sync: incoming and sent mail logs to matched contacts, and you can send from your own address. Each teammate connects their own mailbox. The Mailbox guide covers daily use.
- HubSpot migration
- Bring your whole portal across: CRM records, deals, payment history, activity, and templates.
- Pipedrive migration
- Everything from just your API token: contacts, organizations, deals with their pipelines and stages recreated exactly, leads, activities, notes, and custom fields. Owners map to your teammates by email, and still-open to-dos arrive as real tasks with their due dates.
- Mailchimp migration
- Your audiences and your whole sending history from one API key. Details in the Tables guide's import section.
8Your AI wallet (AI)
- TenthAvenue credits
- AI work is metered in plain dollars. This page shows your balance, an Add credits button, and recent usage broken down by feature, so you always know where the money went.
- Bring your own key
- Paste a Claude or Gemini key and AI runs on your own account with your provider billing you directly. Remove it any time to switch back to platform credits. The features are identical either way.
9The legal identity (Organization)
- Identity
- Your workspace name and web address.
- Company address
- Goes on invoices and email footers, where the law expects a real address.
- Legal pages and SMS compliance
- Your hosted privacy policy and SMS terms, the pages carrier reviewers check during texting registration. We host compliant versions for you; this is where they live.
10Protect the account (Security)
- Open Settings, then Security. Add a second factor: an authenticator app, text message codes, or email codes. Backup codes print once, keep them somewhere safe.
- Change your password from the same page.
- Sensitive actions ask again. Changing bank details or other high-stakes settings asks for a fresh code even mid-session. That's on purpose.
- Owners and admins see the whole workspace. Below your own cards: the workspace's record visibility, who on the team has two-factor turned on, and every phone signed into the mobile app, with a Revoke button for a lost device.
