Ink: e-signature
Upload a PDF, let the fields place themselves, and get it signed without a DocuSign bill.
About 8 minutes · Getting paid
Ink gets documents signed: agreements, engagement letters, subscription docs, anything that lives in a PDF. You place the fields (or let the AI place them), send it, and everyone signs from an email link with no account needed. Signed copies file themselves onto the right contact and deal, and there is never a per-document fee.
1Send something for signature
- Open Ink and press New envelope. An envelope is one document plus its signers. Upload the PDF.
- Let the document read itself. The AI finds every blank and proposes signature, initials, date, and text fields where they belong, flagging anything it's unsure about. You review and approve; you can also drag fields anywhere yourself.
- Add signers. Up to 20, each matched to a contact. Choose sequential (one after another, a signing waterfall) or everyone at once.
- Send. Each signer gets a branded email with their own secure link.

2What signing looks like for them
- They open the email link. No account, no download, works on a phone. They can draw or type their signature.
- They finish in one pass. The page walks them field to field, so nothing gets missed.
- Everyone gets the finished copy. When the last signature lands, every party is emailed the completed PDF and a completion certificate.
3Track, remind, void
- Status
- Each envelope shows who has signed and who's next. Sequential envelopes advance automatically.
- Reminders
- Nudge a slow signer from the envelope, without re-sending the whole thing.
- Void
- Cancel an envelope that went out wrong. Links die instantly.
- The audit trail
- Signer, timestamp, IP, and device for every signature, wrapped in the completion certificate. That's your evidence pack.
- Filing
- The signed document threads onto the contact and the deal, and can fire an automation the moment ink hits paper (countersigned copy emailed, deal moved to won, and so on).
