Meridian: scheduling

Share one link, let people pick a time on your real calendar, and stop the back-and-forth.

About 11 minutes · Reaching out

Meridian ends the "does Tuesday work? no? how about Thursday" email chain. You share one link, people pick a time that's actually free on your calendar, and the meeting books itself with confirmations and reminders. Every booking becomes a record on the person's card, and can even open a deal.

1Connect your calendar

  1. Open Meridian and press Connect calendar. Google and Microsoft both work. Meridian reads free and busy so nobody can book over your existing meetings, and writes the new booking back.
  2. Connect Zoom if you meet on video. Every booking gets its own Zoom link in the confirmation automatically. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams work too.

2Create your first booking link

  1. Press New event type. An event type is one kind of meeting: "Intro call, 30 minutes" or "Portfolio review, 1 hour". Each gets its own link.
  2. Set your rules. Which days and hours you take this meeting, buffer time between meetings, minimum notice so nobody books you in ten minutes, and how far ahead people can book.
  3. Add intake questions. Whatever you ask (budget, address, how they heard about you) can map straight into contact fields, so answers land in the CRM instead of a notes doc.
  4. Publish and share the link. Put it in your email signature, your website, and your texts.

What the visitor sees: your brand, your real availability, their timezone.
Prefill a link for someone you know: add their name and email to the link and the form arrives already typed. Campaign merge fields can do this for a whole list.

3Book whole teams

Round robin
One link that spreads meetings across the team. Four strategies: max availability, least busy, weighted, and priority. Owner-sticky routing means a known contact books their own account manager automatically instead of a stranger.
Collective
One link that only offers times when everyone required is free. For panels and joint calls.
The whole-team page
A public page on an unguessable link where anyone can book a group meeting against the whole team's intersection of free time. Real invitations go to everyone, and you can rotate or kill the link any time.
Routing forms
A short quiz that sends each visitor to the right person, event type, or page. Qualify first, book second.
Team page
The Team page's Booking links tab lists every teammate's published links with copy buttons, so nobody DMs around asking for a link.

4After the booking

  1. The contact and deal handle themselves. A new booker becomes a contact automatically, intake answers land in their fields, and the event type can open a deal in the right pipeline.
  2. Reminders do the chasing. Email and text reminders go out on your schedule so people actually show. They send from your own brand.
  3. Reschedules and cancellations stay in sync. The visitor uses the links in their confirmation; calendars and records update everywhere.

A booking, already a record: routed, reminded, and wired to the pipeline.

Charge at booking time through your connected Stripe. Good for consultations.

Volume, no-show rate, revenue, per-host and per-event performance, and how often bookings turn into deals.
Override links
A private one-off link for an out-of-hours exception, without changing your public availability.
Bookings and cancellations are automation triggers, and the AI can prep a one-page brief on whoever you're meeting, built from their whole history. It's waiting on the meeting record.
